In Real Estate Development ABM’s current leading product is Ntah Tawah City (NTC) in Atuakom Mankon Bamenda (Cameroon’s 3 largest City). It is located about 2 kilometers from T-Junction in the Commercial Avenue, the economic nerve center of the North West. NTC is a part Open, part Gated Private sector Government approved Layout. The 2 kilometer’s access road to NTC, Tawah Street opposite Azire New Church, was tarred by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development as part of a contract between the Ministry and ABM for NTC. NTC has 4 residential zones, namely Modest (Social), Middle, High and Luxury housing. There is also a Central Business District zone in which Azire Credit Union, the largest Microfinance institution in Africa South of the Sahara has acquired 1 hectare for the construction of an International Conference Center. There is also a Shopping Mall projected on a 2 hectare piece of land 200 meters away from NTC.

Given that it is covered by land certificates, extractions of Land Certificates generally can be done within 2 weeks.

There is a dual carriage way which is a real asset for  a  drive-free way at rush hours.
