Aurora Building Materials (ABM) was created in the year 2009 with head office in Tawah Street, Bamenda in the North West Region of Cameroon.
Upon creation, our vision was to provide Cameroonians with local but not sub-standard building materials that would favourably compete with imported materials local to other countries.
We have been able to achieve this goal through strict adherence to our company motto of “Quality, Innovation and Affordability”.
We are constantly upgrading our products through constant research and innovation. In that light, we have moved from manual to industrial production. As a result, we are succeeding in the transformation of the housing landscape in Cameron through the injection of high-quality local building materials into the economy.
What has made us different is a collection of hard work, determination and professionalism which has built our capabilities to a level where we are viewed as a leading force in the locally produced building materials sector. Within the next few years, our goal will be to enhance all our resources from all facets of the company as a penchant for continuous innovation. This will be another boast to re-enforce our presence in the market.
We have had several working sessions with Engineers from within and without Cameroon and had the opportunity of presenting talks on our areas of competence to them.
In our quest to further showcase the beauty and quality of our materials, and also to combat the rising housing deficiency in Cameroon, we decided to incorporate Real Estate Development into our scope of activities.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to travel widely and have seen how living spaces are organised in different counties of the world. In this light, we of the Aurora Building Materials Company through our Real Estate Development project – NTAH TAWAH CITY (NTC) have introduced two new concepts in real estate development in Cameroon: The planned and Zoned concept and the Home Owners Association Concept.
In a bid to facilitate construction and development projects within and without our Real Estate Development, we have a rock Quarry for the supply of different sizes of aggregate standards to the market.
Over the years, the Aurora Building Materials Company has witnessed a “stream” of meritorious Awards both from the government of Cameroon, corporate bodies and the Press. All our Awards are dedicated to our staff, the general public and our project Owners in particular who we hold dear to our hearts.
Aurora’s Best days are yet to come.
